Here’s This supermarket is a great place with a wide variety of products! You can find almost everything here, from fresh produce to specialty items and unique imported goods. The store is well-organized and always fully stocked, making shopping a pleasant experience.

The prices are on the higher side, but the quality of the products is consistently good, so it feels worth it. If you’re looking for fresh and premium items, this is definitely the place to go.

I highly recommend checking it out. It’s one of those supermarkets that stands out with its variety and quality—definitely worth a visit!

This is a lovely place to shop! There is a really interesting selection of products to buy and wonderful specialty items. The flower and gift department is awesome! I love the take home pizza’s. The egg salad sandwiches from the deli are the next best thing other than having my Mom’s...and she makes the best! The bakery is delightful with a ton of delicious offerings. The staff are all very friendly and helpful! I always have a pleasant experience here.

Shoutout to this market for their top-notch lunch options, especially for employees of businesses in the area. House salads are fresh and flavourful, and the lunch option from a brand they carry “LeChef” brand is a total gem—feels like homemade. The quality is great the portions are generous and the price is just right. Definitely my go-to spot for daily affordable lunch.

I love shopping at this store for groceries, especially because of its diverse selection. The bakery is my favorite section, offering a delightful variety of cakes that I truly appreciate. Over the past two years, a staff member named Ria has consistently made my children’s birthdays special with her exceptional service. Overall a very good experience.

I was here with a buddy to pick up some items for a get-together his family was hosting. Walking in, I got the Whole Foods Market vibe. Everything was cleanly stocked and sorted. It was inviting and welcoming to shop at Stong's Market.

The hot food area was very attractive with brick oven pizzas (thin crust, just the way I like it), paninis, etc.

The meat area was beautifully displayed with dry aged meat hanging against a window.

Prices were competitive, and the store had a nice stream of traffic, not overly busy, but not a ghost town. Love to shop here again.

Stong’s is one of those rare grocery stores that feels local, curated, and genuinely useful.

They carry some amazing local products, and a few of them have earned permanent spots on my “hope they’re in stock” list. Case in point: the jalapeño cheese focaccia. It’s spicy, cheesy, ridiculously good—and always the first thing to disappear. If you see it, grab it. Trust me.

Another favourite? The Dirty Apron soups in the freezer section. These aren’t your average soups—they’re rich, hearty, and one bag easily feeds four people. Great to keep on hand for those “I should cook, but I don’t want to” nights.

The vibe at Stong’s is friendly, the layout makes sense, and it’s clear they put thought into what they stock. It’s my go-to in North Van, and something I always highlight to clients new to the area who want more than just your standard grocery run.

I love visiting here when I’m in north shore. They carry a lot of local stuff. Very organized. And sometimes they provide samples. Remind me of Whole Foods. I also love getting their ice cream here. Will definitly come back.
