Staff were good. At the emergency took 5 hrs to see the doctor. They have an isolation seating about 5 feet from you and that was full of infected people. Then did another 3 hrs in a different waiting area where those same isolated patients are now integrated with you where i saw the doc and had tests done. Basically 8 hrs waiting next to people who should be isolated from you. But I'm still in the hospital waiting so this emergency ordeal might take a full 9 hours.

I was there about 2 years ago, I had symptoms of a heart problem, they did blood work, and found I was low sodium, and electrolytes, and then the head Doctor came and said very loudly, almost yelling ,I'm sure everyone in emerge could here him, that I was not having a heart attack, and sent me home, this was a Friday night, andn2 days later I collaped on the floor, unconscious, and my daughter in law preformed CPR on me, and then ambulance was called, thankfully I came to after about 15 20 minutes, I was taken to south calgary hospital thankfully, and they found i had ulcerative colitis with bleeding,, I spent a week inhospital, and recovered thankfully, I would not recommend Strathmore hospital, my family has also had bad experiences there to

Drove from Calgary for for blood test as have kidney stone and online says they accept walk in.

What was my surprise when they refused me in service, and directed back to Calgary.
I asked if I can have at least little bit of water to have my pain relief medication and was refused with very strange motivation "because covid "

Went to the emergency this morning and very short waiting time. Saw Dr Mueller, a wonderful caring doctor and the nurse absolutely the best!

This was a while back. I went in because I had a ear infection. Even as a adult I get them usually in the summer. Nurse and I believe it was a student looked in my ear and noticed it looked swollen. A older male doctor came in. He looked. He said I was fine.
I had a medication renewal anyway booked with my doctor a couple days later. They had me on so many antibiotics it wasn’t funny. My doctor was worried about me getting a bone infection with how bad it was. Like touch the side of my head and it hurt.

Not recommend. Your better off “finding” a walk-in at a smaller clinic.
