I am impressed with both teacher and parent involvement at Sturgeon Heights alike! Teachers spend extra time of their own with students at lunch when they need support plus the commitment it takes with team sports and tournaments. Parents are also very involved in every aspect; I really love the culture it has created. I was going to volunteer in the Festive lunch the school holds close to Christmas for students (which my son loves!), but when I went to sign up, all volunteer spots were taken. This does not surprise me. My son will graduate this year, and it has been such a positive experience, from his bus driver, to the office staff and all the teachers throughout the years.

We are so glad we made the move to Sturgeon Heights! Our kiddo has met so many great friends. The teachers and support staff are truly amazing. The parent council does a fantastic job with everything they do. We are very fortunate to have so many organized activities such as the winter concert, holiday festive lunch and the exciting field trips. We look forward to many more years at the school.

We love Sturgeon Heights! I went there as a child and going back into the school the staff that are still there still remember me from over 15 years ago! My son loves going to school every day and has lived every teacher he has had so far! Such a wonderful place!

We are new to sturgeon height school this year and we couldn’t have felt more welcomed! From the kindest classmates to the teachers following up with us on how we feel the transition is going. Great communication as to how the kids are doing! So glad we came here.

It is my daughter's first year at this school coming from another school where things were always an issue, and a struggle. To having amazing support and being told just today as she got home, That she hugged the student teacher because she made math fun today and because of that she did really great on her Math test. First year she has come home filled with pride. Great amazing school staff and students. Could not be happier with the choice for her to attend this school🥰

As a parent you wonder how a transition to a new school for a child will be. Amelia Wasylien transferred this year to Sturgeon Heights from grade to seven to grade eight.
She’s found new friends and wonderful teachers. I’m thankful to the school for making this transition easier for her! Way to go Sturgeon Heights!

I love the open air concept for kids in kindergarten to grade 3. We have had great experiences with teachers and principles over the years. This year was by far my favorite christmas concert as well. So much thought and detail put into it.
