Everything seemed fine, I asked the government for funds to do my course. And at the end, when I was just waiting for my diploma, the finance department came to tell me that I needed to pay more for it. So yes, I felt cheated. I would not do business with the institution again, it was my first degree here in Canada, it will not be the only one, but it will be with this institution. I did not think the way they acted was honest at all.
