I was hesitant to connect with Dr. Johnny and the team at Sunshine Valley Chiropractic. I have been suffering with lower back pain for a number of months and wasn't sure that I wanted to incur the expense and time required to secure an appointment. After one session, I know now that my hesitation was not warranted. Dr. Johnny and his team are very professional. Their offices are conveniently located. They were on time for my appointment and even after one session, I am feeling better. I am looking forward to continuing me treatments and would recommend anyone in the same or similar situation to me should not hesitate to seek the professional help with Dr. Johnny and his team.

Great experience. Reception is very welcoming and Dr. Cheong did great work on my issue. As a pro fighter it's not easy to fix me and my neck has been messed up for a long time and he did a great job. I'm already feeling improvements waking up next day. Will return, would recommend!

The people here seem really self centered or zero emotionally intelligent, and absolutely unprofessional provided the worst service possible.

There were two dogs belonging to the owner in the clinic that were not service dogs which was aggressive to my dog, but I was told "you are not allowed to bring dogs here, it’s a clinic you know that right?" By saying that you are slapping your own face you know that right?

Furthermore, First they demanded a customer that walked into the clinic as "can you take your dog out" when there are 3 other rooms to settle their dog that was aggressive, and then gets frustrated inquiring that"can't you just leave your dog outside the clinic alone for the 40 minutes session?" Instead of sending their dog to other rooms.

Eventually, no apologizing, not securing their dog, have me standing outside for a long time then communicating with a little gap opening of the door basically saying how their dog being around is priority.
There was never any liability to begin with, especially when the dogs present in the clinic are not service animals, but are allowed simply because they belong to the owner. Please refrain from using "liability" as a justification. Instead, I encourage you to reflect on how to treat both people and other dogs with more respect, rather than centering everything around your own preferences.
