We contacted Super Service on the recommendation of a family member. Our 100 + year cast iron was at the end of its service life and was becoming blocked frequently. I contacted the company, who were able to complete the replacement a few weeks after the call (non emergent work). The crew did an excellent job and kept us apprised of the work as they progressed. Job took 1.25 days but we were never inconvenienced. The entire company, inclusive of the owner, front desk attendant and the technicians/plumbers are incredibly easy to deal with.

Pricing was within budget and all work completed as requested.

I had a copper pipe leak in my basement and Garrett from Superservice Plumbing fixed it in no time.Very nice young man. I also got him to take a very corroded washing machine hose off,which I would have never been able to do myself. He installed the new hoses I had on hand already. I was very pleased with the service. We required a toilet replaced. The tech came and removed and installed new toilet quickly and ensured all was working correctly and cleaned up and was on his way in 45 minutes. I would recommend Super Service and call them again when required.

Tim came out and serviced my furnace. He was very frank with my about the cost of a replacement part and how it could probably last another year or two, but wasn't worth the risk at -40 C. He also changed my dryer vent (see picture) and the whole time he was saying good advice about keeping a washer/dryer like mine in good shape so they could last.

In the past Super Service has come out to repair my AC as well, they're a great service all around and I'll be calling for regular maintenance in the future.

Feb. 13/25 woke up to no water in the entire house. Called Super Service and within a half hour they were over and quickly determined which pipe to thaw. In my opinion, their name says it all "Super Service". Definitely would recommend using them.

I have been trying to get service for two months with no luck. I received one call back and voicemail otherwise no response to my call. Must be busy, as Sheldon doesn’t want my business. He will never get it either. Very poor customer service.
