I have been a patient here for my entire life and could not be happier with the care I receive. The office manager Martha is so patient and helpful, Sue is the best and kindest R.N out there, and Dr. Brown is incredibly attentive to her patients. The team at Tavistock Community Health has always gone above and beyond to provide the best care possible.

I have been a patient at the Tavistock Doctors office for 39 years going to be 40 years shortly. They have went through many doctors in the past due to retirement. It has always been a friendly and inviting place. Our newborn is now a patient there as well and they have been nothing but excellent and professional. Rescheduling appointments is no problem and getting in has never been a issue. The care has been top notch. The last time I was there for myself I went in for a checkup, afterwards I was at the front desk and my wife texted me to get another thing checked that I had forgotten about, I went to make another appointment, the doctor I had just seen told me they could look right now. Cant ask for much more than that for service.

Worst doctors I’ve ever had. My first call to book an appointment the desk girl told me if I can’t come to the office within the next hour and half they won’t be able to see me ever. I said- You mean like ever again and she said I quote “yes”. That was just the first red flag. They are extremely poor at communication. Never got a call about specialist appointments or anything. Failed to receive prescriptions from pharmacies and St Mary’s hospital. Just extremely unprofessional. Doctors are supposed to help their patients no? I literally discontinued them as my family doctor just from the fact every time I talk to them or go see them there is an issue. I went for a skin problem where my family doctor asked me what do you want me to do? I replied- I don’t know what to do? Im not a doctor. You are my doctor that’s why I came in to see you.

Just really unprofessional in every aspect of a medical centre in my experiences. I would not let them be my family doctor and I really would warn anyone you will have problems. That’s all I had with my doctor.

We just got accepted in as new patients. We are a family of 6 and they have been nothing but accommodating! I have two young babies and the staff were so helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Thank you for taking us all together and providing us with a great family practice!

Dr. Schultz is an embarrassment to be called a Dr. In well over a year of being a patient have not once met him as he just passes it off on other doctors in the clinic. Now he is getting out of family care altogether. Lazy new doctors who just are chasing paychecks rather than helping patients that they take on.

Good Clinic with Great people. Knowledgeable staffs with ready to help you in every moments.
We got Dr. Joshua, a very nice person.

Unlike others, they have enough parking. And they are strictly following Covid protocols.

The Tavistock Community Health Team can not be contacted. Their phones are never answered by a human. I am very frustrated.

Never answer the phones. The most incompetent group of people when they do. An absolute embarrassment to medicine.
