Hello, I was very impressed by a young man named Joe at this store, he was informative on so many issues, he helped me with transferring info on another phone and so much more. I had gone in for help at this store for at least three or four times and he was very helpful plus phoning and receiving info from him. I was impressed on how down to earth the staff is there and giving info on whatever you need, unless it was a question that they couldn’t answer. Thank you to Joe and the staff at Telus in Stony Plain.

I've had a terrible experience with telus in Spruce Grove and a week later l'm gone to telus in Stony Plain and I was very happy by the service and experince that Brody showed me. He explained me everything and helped to purchase a new phone

My family has visited this store several times over the past few years. Typically we’ve been very fortunate to have Michael help us. He is so thorough, friendly, personable, knowledgeable and always finding ways to save us money. Michael definitely keeps us coming back to Telus. I went in to discuss a new phone and the staff was extremely helpful. I dealt with Mike and another man who were extremely knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend if you are looking for some questions answered or help picking a new device! They even saved me on my plan without me asking!

I had just switched from Bell to Telus - staff were friendly and courteous however a staff member gave me the wrong size case. I came back the next day and was told they did not have the next size up. I asked for a refund but they could not give my money back as their machine had reached 'its daily refund limit'. So to be accommodating I chose another case that I liked, but not nearly as much as the first case. Then I was I told it was $10 more... I did not want the case that badly and now they were expecting me to pay more money for something I did not want. I asked since they could not give me a refund and it was their mistake - can they please give me discount for the $10?. After calling management I was told no, and come back another day. However I do not live in this country for which I told them, yet still they were not willing to be accommodating whatsoever. The manager called me on the next business day and told me 'we are not in the business of just giving money out to everyone, and I could just come back another day'. I am writing this review after I told him I would write this review and he did not seem phased at all.
