As an adult swimmer with specific goals, Aqua Life remains a highlight of my week. I've been learning one on one since October and keep seeing great improvements. We're doing drills, working on my catch, even some butterfly! The instructors have been so responsive and tailoring lessons as much as I could ask for.

Both my boys have really struggled to get over their fear of water. My youngest especially consistently hates swimming lessons and was very stressed about going to his lesson. We were trying aqua life for the first time because we knew we needed private instruction. After their first lesson my youngest son asked “can we go there every week for the rest of my life?” I don’t think I can give a better review than that. (Our older boy also loves it) Thank you Aqua Life.

Mary our swim instructor was amazing! The whole process is really easy and my son loved his swim lessons. He came in afraid of the water and not being able to float and wearing nose plug and from day one Mary said no nose plug let’s try and my son now swims amazing! He is not afraid of the water at all and he sometimes doesn’t even wear the goggles. I can’t say enough good things about Aqua Life swim:)

My child has improved a lot since he started swimming lessons at Aqua Life in Kingston. The instructors are patient, and provide constructive feedback to the children in each lesson, this helps the children as they practice more on what they need so they swim a bit better each time.

This is a good service; the semi-private option has been great for our two boys - and despite having gone through three instructors over time - they're currently enamoured by Caitee - who is really caring and understanding of their fears of the water!

Experienced instructor was great with my little one in a 2:1 class. Nice to have renewing monthly classes when it’s so hard to get classes elsewhere in Kingston.
