Very friendly and unique experience. They were able to help me get a room with very short notice. On top of it the rooms were spotless and were very well done. The breakfast was a bit lackluster but its located right next to the McDonald's so it wasnt a huge setback.

My recent experience was very disappointing based on previous reviews and my expectations. Upon arrival we were met with a solid ice parking lot with zero attempt at safety management, no sand, no gravel, no Arctic ice melt. Park at your own peril. The front lobby doors have a multitude of signs of what you must do & not do, fair enough, it does get messy if you've successfully managed to navigate the parking lot. Our room was on the main floor and you had to pass an out of order soda machine, an out of order bathroom and there were ceiling tiles missing for the 2 nights [3 days] we were there. It did not appear as if any active maintenance was occurring. Our room was clean, but dark & dingy [purple walls in the bedroom & bathroom with brown towels]. Some of the furniture was broken and the desk drawer was held together with a crumpled piece of paper. A sparse breakfast room served a very basic continental breakfast. The hotel offers NO HOUSEKEEPING, probably due to staff shortages. We could've overlooked all of the above if it weren't for management deeming our vehicle was incorrectly parked when it was 3 stalls away from the front door, with zero signage indicating "no parking" and no other guest vehicles in the parking lot.

Great hospitality!

We first tried the Barrhead Neighborhood Inn and the lady at the front desk alone made us never want to come back she was so rude.

At the Barrhead Inn & Suites we had a very welcoming entrance and check in at the front desk. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, beds were very warm and comfy and was probably one of the quietest hotels we've slept in. Very wonderful experience.

I've stayed at the Barrhead Inn and Suites quite a few times now and always felt very welcomed by the husband and wife who were at the front desk and they made the place really feel like home. However, my recent visit was very disappointing. The outside lights weren't on, which made the place feel uninviting and a bit scary. The person at the front desk wasn't welcoming at all, and it seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. The warm and comfortable atmosphere the husband and wife created was sorely missed, and I hope they're still working there because they made all the difference in previous stays.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service. Salim and Rishma went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel and rooms were impeccably clean, adding to the overall positive experience. Their professionalism and genuine care made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and cleanliness!

Came here for hockey tournament, this is where our manager picked to stay. No complaints about the front desk or the room overall. But pretty silly that you only get 5 channels to choose from to watch TV, all the other 200 channels say they aren't authorized. I had more channels when I lived in the middle of nowhere as a kid, quit being so cheap and get more channels. Also the buttons on the side of this pinner 25" tv are screwed right up so can't change input. Stupid annoying little things like that, easy thing to fix. Charge an extra 2 bucks a night or 5 whatever, figure it out.
