Yikes!
The server forgot my gravy after being reminded when I got my food well after the rest of the table. Obviously they forgot my order.
The gravy was on the invoice though, imagine that!
The fish meal was absolutely disgusting (must have beenold cooking oil) and the tartar sauce was so bland we all couldn’t pin point what it actually was.
The cheese dip was barely warm so it must have hung out for a loooooong while in the kitchen.
Another thing that burns me is we are obligated to tip on dump food and service.
We’ve been here 100’s of times and I believe this is just a bad one off but I’m definitely not getting the fish and chips again.

We have tried this place time and time again but the service is always poor...the last time it looked like there was only 1 waitress for the entire place. It took over an hour to get our food. They didn't come back to see if we needed anything. We had to go to the bar to finally get the bill...I don't know why we keep going back. 😭

The quality of this place has been dropping consistently for quite some time, but today, it took the cake. Lunchtime rush and only one server. Our drink order was taken within about 5 minutes, and a refill and food were ordered after about 15 minutes, but it never showed up after being seated for another 30 minutes. Meanwhile, other patrons are being served multiple drink orders. Our server returned to our table 20 minutes after taking the order, claiming that their system wasn't working and he needed to 'confirm' the order.... as I proceeded to then watch him input the order into the system.... All in all, we spent 55 minutes waiting for an order that never came, with no acknowledgement of delay or mistake. Abysmal.

I understand being short staffed, and I understand delays. It happens. But this was nothing short of just poor service, plain and simple.

Had a great time for mothers day!!
We had bree , she was very sweet & a great server. We sat outside in the patio area with 5 huge individual industrial heat lamps going over the whole dining area. It was raining/snow, we were having such a great time didn't even notice because we were warm from the lamps.
The food was tasty. I love the steak sauce my mouth is still watering from thinking about it. My st²
ake was cooked properly for rare, and the gravey on the potatoes were yummy, the the veggies and shrimp were the perfect side. Not to mention Perfect portion sizes. Hands down the management is really awesome at the the okotoks location. Prefer it over calgary. You can tell costumer service is a value and the customers are a priority.

Niceenu of option. Friendly and personable staff making for a nice dining experience. Everyone enjoyed their meals (a reheat required but not the end of the world (and the club bread was pretty dry..)). Nice clean place to stop for a good meal.

I always have a great time at this brewhouse my server Kennedy did a awesome job as always so friendly always a big smile and it was so busy because it was Valentines Day had a great time I can never say anything bad about brewhouse. I also received this from a little girl in the restaurant who because I was sitting by myself wanted me to feel loved . The brewhouse just brings great people to the house

Been here a few times 50% most times was not the greatest . But tonight we had amazing server she was great got our drinks fast. Came back and checked on us a few times got our food out to us quick. And got us refill before we had our drinks empty. Servers name is England

Bel locale. Lo stile tipico con circa 40 tv a grandi schermi che trasmettono sport sport e sport. Molto hokey su ghiaccio. Molti tavoli. Le birre molto varie e servite in boccali ghiacciati,un piacere berli. Moltissimi tipo di sandwich, per tutti i gusti. Le ragazze che servono i tavoli sono tutte giovani e carine. Locale che merita molto.
