My kids have been going here for 2.5 yrs. They enjoy the activities, outdoor time, and making new friends. The centre always has special crafts, activities, and events for the holidays (even the ones we might not celebrate!). My kids are very fond of teachers Jyoti & Khairunnisa, their dedication to helping children grow and learn is absolutely wonderful.

I am very impressed with my daughter’s teachers! They have been sooo helpful with potty training and have made it a less scary experience for her! She always talks about her teachers at home too and loves them!

We moved to the area this past summer and were referred to the child club for daycare for my toddler. My son loves coming here every morning and is excited to see his friends and teachers. I love getting pictures throughout the day and updates on how much he ate, etc. I would enjoy more communication from educators honestly, but that doesn’t sway my review because of how much my son loves coming here

I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with The Child Club! From the moment we enrolled my child, it has been an incredible experience. The teachers are truly wonderful and exhibit an unmatched level of care and dedication.

What truly sets The Child Club apart, however, are the teachers especially Jyoti and Khairunnisa. They are not only knowledgeable and professional, but they also have a genuine love for the kids. It’s clear that they invest their hearts into their work, and my child is always greeted with smiles and encouragement. It warms my heart to see my little one so excited to go to daycare each day!

If you're looking for a nurturing environment where your child can thrive academically and socially, I wholeheartedly recommend The Child Club. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a magical place for our child to learn and grow!

My kids have been attending this daycare for 2+ years. The teachers are sweet and kind, they are always engaged with the kids and helping them through out the day. I can go to work knowing they are being well taken care of. This is definitely the best daycare in the area when it comes to cleanliness, engagement and policy. The teachers are awesome!!

This was the first daycare my daughter went to. Starting at 13 months. When she was in the baby room, I had no issues dropping her off. Once moved to the toddler room, it was so hard to leave her. I would sit with her for 10-15 minutes telling her it would be okay. She was there for over a year and the toddler room just was not the same.

Another thing is that they didn't let you in the back to retrieve your child and their things. Things went missing a lot. I did not like not being able to see the interactions with her educators

She has been at a new daycare for 2 months and is a brand new kid!

I would not recommend this daycare.

My son went here for about 6 months, it was our first Daycare. I now feel like I can make an informed review since I have something to compare with being at a new Daycare for 6 months. I would not recommend the child club for a few reasons. Our experience was not pleasant. Some may have great experiences here but this is an honest review of ours and maybe it will help other parents make an informed decision.

On his first day, i asked to come to the room he would be in but was treated like this was a burden. The room was small and there were many babies in it. Most children were crying, the educators were having a hard time consoling everyone. This didn't sway me though, maybe they were having a hard morning.

He was constantly "sick". Sometimes he was genuinely sick, but often they would send him home unnecessarily. I heard many other parents complaining about this as well. They would take my sons temperature constantly which would cause him distress, and say his temperature was high. I would then take his temperature myself and it was normal. This happened many times before I told them they have to use my armpit thermometer which is acurate- after this he never came home for a high temperature. I spoke to Roshni about this and her tone was condescending as she told me that taking off work for a sick kid is a part of being a parent. I agree to a point but taking off work for a "sick" child who isn't sick should not be something I deal with every 2 weeks. He would also come home with rashes on his face and bum constantly. I brought up the concern and was met with defensive attitudes and total deflection. I only asked if it could be the detergent they use, maybe he has an allergy, and they told me it wasn't what they did, it came from home.

They would also send pictures of my son with snot all over his face after what seems like a big sneeze with a caption saying he has a "constant running nose". I would have preferred they just wipe his nose first without running to get a camera and taking a picture of it, and send me a note instead. Really no need for a picture like that, and how long did my son stay in that state before the picture- examples attached.

They did send lots of pictures, probably 2-4 per day, it was nice to see the children and activities. There was one or two good educators in his room and we would have about 30 seconds to speak with them as they handed over our son, they would tell us about his day a little bit, sometimes. Mostly we would get someone who didn't spend any time with him at all though so they couldn't tell us how his day was.

You aren't allowed to go past the front room. The only time I did was on the tour and the first day he attended. Parents are to stay in a little waiting room while the daycare gets the child changed and dressed and ready to go home. They brought out the wrong child with the same name twice which obviously made the other child very upset that they didn't get to go home. I guarantee the parent of the other child was not informed and I often wonder how any times they brought my son out to someone else, so I did worried for his safety.

One educator told me my son zones out a lot. He would stare into space and go through times where he wouldn't interact, or he would wake up from nap and lay in bed staring at the ceiling. She said he had been like that for 3 months, and this was my last straw because why had no one told me about that for the last 3 months.. this is when I found a new Daycare. Since moving to the new Daycare my son has flourished.

My new Daycare allows parents to go to the classroom, I get to see the cleanliness and state of the room he is in, and I get to spend much more time with the educators who tell me all about his day, if he did something funny or how he is doing developmentally- and they never treat me like a burden because they do this with every parent -it's great. They certainly don't send as many pictures as the child club did, but this is a small price to pay as they excell in every other area. Hopefully this helps someone.
