Had a visit with Dr. Lehr this afternoon. He is super nice, understanding and it was a nice, easy process to get orthotics. His assistant Lena, and front desk lady, Wendy were very nice, and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this clinic!

I have been seeing Dr.Lehr for over 10 years, I just got a new set of orthotics and the process is very quick and easy. I have always had great service from the Doctors and the ladies in the back and Wendy at the front is very personable!

Not only is Doctor Lehr amazing but his staff is as well! Wendy always greets you with a smile and friendly! She goes above and beyond to fit me in with my busy schedule!

I have been seeing Dr Lehr for Orthotics for years. He is very knowledgeable and has been around a long time.
Girls in the back also are knowledgeable and Wendy at the front is always very friendly.

I was absolutely appalled at the lack of care I received at this clinic.
After a year of pain, and having tried many things I was told to order orthotics and “ice and stretch” (which I explained I had already been doing over the past year, as well as seen a physio).
I walked in in significant pain, made that clear and was given zero useful help. I was dismissed in 10 minutes or less.
I left in tears.
I would suggest going anywhere else.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and great service.
I have been visiting Okotoks foot clinic for some time and frankly I have been receiving the best service ever. Anytime of the day I go to visit my doctor, staff with beautiful smiles are welcoming. They all always make sure you have been taking care of. If you need an appointment they do their best to find the time which is appropriate for you. They are so fair!

You can't go wrong if you get treated at The Foot Institute. They're experts in their field and they have all the necessary equipment to ensure that you're getting the best care. There are lots of doctors but it's rare to find really good ones. I found them here! I used to suffer from frequent fungal infections but after taking the prescribed medication and a change in socks and routine my feet look good as new!
