Charmaine and Sara attended my home birth and it could not have been better. Easily a 10/10. They were exactly the supports I needed during my labor, and they made a HUGE difference. The level of expertise they come with also made me feel comfortable with delivering at home and they had expertise in many pain-management type of techniques we could use.
Down the road for future kids, I would definitely want them for future babies - you guys are the BEST!!! ❤️🤗

Charmaine was a God-sent presence during my pregnancy, especially during my labor – it was a home birth. Her knowledge and uplifting spirit provided not only me with confidence and reassurance, but also my partner, mother and daughter, who were all present. She also took detailed pictures that help us hold onto the precious moments of my labor. Having her support during my 4th trimester has also been incredibly helpful. Having Charmaine felt like having a bigger sister or friend walking beside me, speaking life into me through the ups and downs. I’m truly thankful to have had her during this season of my life. I would definitely recommend her as a doula. I also rented a birth pool that I used during my labor. It was easy to sent up and very helpful during labor.

I worked with Charmaine and Tricia with my second birth and it was a world of difference compared to my first. I was supported and empowered through out and any fears about having a completely unmedicated delivery was replaced with excitement. I was able to labour mostly at home, then just go in the hospital for a short time to deliver. I had the dream team in the delivery room and I was given the strength to stick as closely to my birth plan as possible. Additionally, postpartum I received emotional support just at the right time and practical breast feeding support. I can't thank Charmaine and Tricia enough for everything, their help was invaluable and I'll never forget the wonderful experience I had having my second baby.

Charmaine was absolute God send to us in the first 8 weeks after our daughter was born. Her energy, kindness and support were exactly what we both needed during that time. My husband didn’t get any time off after our daughter was born and having Charmaine here with us helped immensely. She gave both my husband and I confidence in taking care of our daughter. She assisted with breastfeeding and bottle feeding - giving us tips and tricks. She also helped with meal prep and laundry which when you have a newborn can be really challenging and sooo much more. Having Charmaine taking care of our daughter also meant that I could get some much needed rest. Thank you so much Charmaine. I highly recommend Charmaine for any post-partum doula services and would use her for birth prep and delivery next time as well.
