I bought 32 bags of Safe and Sound, and 25 bags were wet. When I called, I was told it was dryable. I had a scheduled insulation, but now it will take more time for them to send me new insulation. This was in a heated garage for a week since jan 23 2025 and i started to work on it on jan 30 2025. It was my fault for not checking by opening each back to make sure its not damaged but I was not expecting wet insulation to be delivered. I guess from now own check every thing you get does not matter from whom to make sure its not damaged.I am really disappointed with receiving a damaged product; it has caused a loss of time and project-related costs. Again, the customer service was okay. I had to send the emails with pictures to prove to them. Also some of it was smelling mold

Had wonderful customer service! Really went out of their way to be helpful and friendly as well as accommodating in finding a solution to my questions. Even after being accidently phone transferred to the tools rental depart they took the time to help out even though it wasn't even the department they worked in. Returned my calls promptly and settled my issue even above what i was expecting! I would definitely recommend to others, as well as visit again myself on my travels through again!

This is really one of the best Home Depots I've shopped at. There are always a lot of staff working and they will actually ask if you need a hand with anything. I usually don't need much help when I come here but I have had some atypical returns/missing parts issue in the past and they were always very helpful and accommodating. This store has a good selection and usually some really good deals at the ends of the isles and at the front of the store. I've used their rental service without any issues. Garden centre is also great with easy access. On top of all that, they usually have great Halloween and Christmas displays so it makes dragging your wife and toddler to the store that much easier.

Buying appliances is painful. They don't deal with any delivery in house and no one has any idea where your appliances are or when they are coming. Everything large appliance delivery related is redirected to their virtual assistant chat and is at the will of the warehouse it gets delivered to. While the people in store try to help they cannot do anything to actually help.

I tried a number of times to contact the Lloydminster store but the AI system either tried to direct me to the wrong department or just hung up. Once I was directed to the right department it was silent for more then a minute and then again it hung up. I would have gone to the store to check, which I shouldn’t have had to because that’s why they have contact info, but because I live 110 km from the store.
Go back to having a human on the line and trash the AI crap. I love hearing a human voice AI only steals jobs from people and does a very poor job at pretending to be human.

The customer service that Les provided today was outstanding ! I did not think this level of customer service still existed these days. Not only did he help me find the bolts I needed but he ensured I have the right thread and then he went and ran them through a dye to make sure the nuts would screw on okay. Exceptional customer service, very knowledgeable and experienced. Clone Les!

So i attempted to buy 80- 16' treated 5/4 x 6" deck boards today however the lower bundle had about 20 boards left. The picked over warped and cracked boards. There was a nice new bundle above it so i asked for it to be opened and was told no, i would need to buy the last of the wood from the first bundle before he would open the second. I politely refused stating that i need good lumber for decking. So he rudely refused to open the new one. I said well i guess i could go to Rona and get what i need there, he replied guess your going to Rona. Its not even so much the poor service that made me write this review so much as the smug look on the guys face. It made his day to snub me and tell me no. As a company owner myself, if your looking at lost business most of the time you dont have to look further than poor employees. The photo is from Rona where the guy helped me pick through for the best lumber and loaded it for me with a forklift. FYI same proce $22.39 a board.

If the lumber manager/employee treats customers the way she does when it comes to questions and large orders you will loose buisness fast from the poor attitude and rude replies. I tried asking what I needed for a project but I only get an attitude and told to look online. That doesn't help me with the materials are required and cost based on what's needed. 0 star if it was an option on here. I'd rather pay more at rona than the response I got for asking for help.
