Everything completely exceeded my expectations. Helpful staff, great breakfast, a comfortable clean room. A full sized fridge and a dishwasher helped make it more like home. Large fluffy towels make it a vacation. Could not have been better!

Best hotel in Whitecourt. Rooms are always clean and comfy, free laundry which is awesome, front desk is always kind and accommodating, some of the best I think. Truck parking, the Esso in the parking lot is amazing, great sandwiches. Mr Mike's right across the street. Very quite area.

Stopped in at the Kanata on a long western Canada drive. Really convenient spot. Right beside a Mr. Mikes (caught game 6 Stanley Cup) and a liquor store. VERY clean hotel. Crisp white sheets and decent breakfast.

Special shout out to Marsha that was working the front desk when we got there. This brother and sister couple had a few good laughs that we were still giggling about in the morning. Thank you Marsha!!! ?

Great big soaker bathtubs in the rooms. I had two sinks, tables and beds. Overall lots of space. Very clean, good hot breakfast in the morning, quiet, and the front desk lady was very friendly. Only giving a 4 star because there was no hot tub and a task that was overlooked by kitchen staff (someone left out expired items in the breakfast bar, which should be checked daily).

Great long term stay. I appreciate everything done by the staff here. I also really appreciate that all of the parking spots have electrical plugs for our block heaters. Complimentary laundry is a huge bonus. The rooms are sound insulated well from neighbouring rooms, not once did I hear the neighbours. That’s rare in any hotel. Kitchen Suites are well equipped with clean tools and small appliances. Thanks for the hospitality.

After an extensive day filled with driving and meetings, my decision to stay in Whitecourt led me to an exceptional experience. Opting for a jacuzzi room, I was immediately impressed from the moment of check-in. The room itself was beautifully appointed, offering a blend of comfort and luxury. One highlight was the swivel TV, which allowed me to enjoy a movie while relaxing in the spacious tub—a perfect way to unwind.

The attention to detail was evident in the high-quality cotton towels and linens, featuring oversized bath sheets that added a touch of luxury. The bed was remarkably comfortable, striking an ideal balance between support and softness, to the point where I am now considering purchasing the same mattress for my home.

The room was thoughtfully equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, providing excellent coffee options, in addition to a fridge and microwave, ensuring convenience at every turn. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout, and the staff showcased professionalism and efficiency, contributing to a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, providing a restful and delightful stay that stood out as a highlight of my travels.
