Hi ..
I went into Lania on Friday I came in with a friend who is a wheelchair. I am 5' 2" and weigh about 135 pounds .
to buy a Shapeez reached grabbed a medium D cup I thought maybe too tight but Tracey gave me a large which was in the back area on a wire coat hanger. No tags , I put it on and commented that it fit loose and Tracey said to fool around with the strap ..right away she encouraged me to wear it out ..it looked like bathing suit . the price of this is $140.00
Which I did I went home to Kelowna right away 40 min and took it off . The back of it showed it was XL extra large.not large so a medium built women gets conned into an extra large .
I am responsible care for my friend but the next day I called to return it the owner said you wore it out and you are not allowed returns ..
There was no conversation of this prior.
Like I said earlier.
I did comment on the fit..
I am still waiting to see if they will exchange from their mistake Xtra large to medium ..
Now I have an extra large which I can not wear
140 dollars is not chump change.

Then I will either be grateful and come back in the future as a customer and chat up their service and integrity or go Facebook and degrading

Well it looks like a staff member makes the mistake and the patron is paying for it. You would think that because of her staff members mistake she would have exchanged it with great ease..it shows true color ..
140.00 is not easy to earn but I must say I will go on social media and tell my story..
BTW..you can order SHAPEEZ on line and they do back their product.

Revenue Canada should investigate the business for undeclared income. Thieving people's monies (credit is fake, nothing on file, be careful). Thieves & atrocious customer service plus packed store. Over priced, rip off - every metric! Thieves!!

I have bought quit a few things at the lanai boutique. When ever i wear them i always get compliments. The staff and Eddie her self are honest. If something doesn't look good they will tell you. I love honesty !

Wow terrible women at this location didn’t want to return an expensive dress! When they did they didn’t want to give proof of purchase……came back the next day to make our exchange and we’re arguing that the receipt was not a valid receipt worth the cash that was spent….the same women! While they smirked at the till when I told them if they didn’t honor the receipt we wouldn’t be back! Well we won’t be back now! Oh and BTW ladies if u can’t afford they’re ridiculously inflated prices take a pic of the designer and find it on line!
