Great stay, clean room and super helpful staff. Lovely outdoor area, enjoyed a beer watching the sun go down. Also the self check in works really well, they send you a keycode for the door so you don't need to go to reception when you arrive which is a bonus.

What a delightful little bungalow! Reasonably priced with a terrific owner/manager in Krista. We would happily return for another stay when next in Oliver. As there are sooo many wineries yet to visit. Cheers!

Super easy online check in with a room code text to us so we could let ourselves in that morning. Parking right outside, our room was clean and had everything we need, wifi was OK but I use mobile data anyway. Looking forward to coming back in a few months.

Super disappointed that they cemented over the pool. We stayed here a couple years ago and that was one of the reasons we rebooked. We booked far in advance and nobody contacted us to tell us they got rid of the pool. Who in their right mind wants to sit on a slab of cement in 40 degree weather is insanity. Who ever came up with that idea should be fired immediately. It’s business suicide in my opinion. The cabin we stayed in was built on a 45 degree angle and we bought some Raid to kill all the spiders and nests. Water smelt like sewage and the couch will give you a bad back and neck if you don’t already have one. We had to buy our own toilet paper because good luck actually getting any help from staff. The air conditioning kinda worked but it’s so loud you cant have a conversation with the person beside you without talking loudly. So you will be def by the end of your trip. The lock on the inside of the door looked like it had been broken or kicked in which was super unsettling. We will never book this motel again and we come every year for 1 week. So disappointing. Beyond pissed off.

Our overall motel stay was pleasant. The room had been recently renovated and the bed was comfy. Towels and linens were clean and soft. The bathroom was small, but it had everything you needed. Self check-in was smooth, but I wonder how frequently door codes are changed. Cleanliness is the reason for 3 stars. Although the place appeared clean on first inspection, a number of issues began to pop up throughout our stay. The floors had been swept, but not mopped; our feet turned black within a few steps of walking on the floor barefoot. The tea kettle was filled with limescale and the coffee machine contained residual coffee from a previous occupant. We did end up utilizing the newly renovated outside seating area, but many of the seats were covered In dust and debris.
