Look in the dumpster before you shop in store! whatever you’re looking for you will find new and great condition in the dumpster. Do not donate to the store because they will throw it in the dumpster. They also get out of taxes by saying they are charity. why not offer free items or dollar items with purchase of your crazy greedy marked prices.

Went here to shop for my four kids and I have a low-income father. The majority of the store is classified as boutique. These are secondhand items. They are calling themselves the charitable organization and not paying taxes but yet they're selling things over. $20 in the majority of the store is bo
utique. What is that? Gucci Lol.

Their prices for clothes are ridiculous. If they think an item is a ‘name’ brand they quadruple the price. For a store that takes everything for free, their greed is disturbing.

Clothes, shoes, and artwork are wayyy overpriced, but you can find deals on other stuff. Big downside is there is a guy who works there who doesn’t practice good hygiene - he reeks of BO and it makes the whole store smell like a locker room. Can’t spend more than 5 minutes inside when he’s working or I’ll gag.

I don’t go to this store often and here’s why. I was there last week and was looking around and stopped at the shoes. In the ‘special price’ section there was a pair of Sorrels (winter boots) I flipped them over and was absolutely stunned at the price $49!
FORTY NINE DOLLARS for used boots.
I’m seeing this price gouging happening in far too many places (MISSION THRIFT) in Okotoks is equally as bad.
What the heck people. Just because everything has gone up in price it’s like a free ticket to charge OUTRAGEOUS prices.
This is not okay. When the economy is in such a terrible state is when we need to shop at these places. They don’t need to raise their prices to this extent.
CRIMINAL IS ALL I CAN SAY

Not good prices and the people pricing the stuff are definitely not good people and are not here to help the community or the poor but they're definitely on something and cuz they are cooked.

Our family loves this store, but the prices are becoming too high. Please remember that these items are donated and that the families shopping at your stores are likely on very tight budgets. We appreciate the company's need to pay its employees and pay bills, but, as a charitable store, I would hope to see lower prices especially as inflation is hurting so many families.
Your staff obviously cares for the community and we especially appreciate Dierta (sp?) and Betty every time they are there.

There is a great selection of clothing (majority of the store is clothing), however, I'm pretty sure this is the only thrift store I've ever been to that doesn't bother organizing the clothing according to size. This means you have to comb through each and every thing on the rack, which is both time consuming and frustrating when you're not even able to try anything on. I can understand not having the changing rooms open, I don't understand the lack of organization.

Pros- Good selection, clean store, friendly staff

Cons- Lazy organization, a little overpriced for a thrift store
