Over priced for clothing and house items
I found a bench hoodie for $16.99 with broken zipper, I brought to a staff member to let her but she said that it is marked down in price because people will buy it cheap and fix the zipper. I also found hoodies that were same maker for different prices.. the staff member also got mad about people coming in to donate..
the management needs to work on better pricing and stop selling broken items …

Very clean, bright and well laid out store with good variety of goods on offer. The staff I encountered were all helpful and cheerful. Prices for some items were a bit higher than previously seen (such as shirts) but by and large prices were quite fair! For seniors there is a 10% discount applicable everyday.

Very overpriced. No change room. You can’t return stuff that doesn’t fit. Staff are rude. Management moreso. Wouldn’t even let me run out to my car to get my wallet without threatening that they would put everything I had gathered away. Just brutal.

Well if you're looking for great deals will good luck if you think Value Village is over priced this store is beyond over priced. Clothing might be cheap but some items are over price by double and same price as retail. The only thing good is that it's new place that's clean and bright.

Items are outrageously overpriced. I'm not paying $30 for a landline phone, that's asinine! It's old tech, it's used, it's ugly, you don't know if it actually works, and you can't return it if it doesn't. I needed one, but not for that price! On the plus side, it's clean and organized. I don't agree with organizing items by colour though. It looks good at a glance, but if I'm looking for something specific I have to comb through every shelf of every aisle. Everything's just piled on the shelf.

And they like to loot the "Take it or leave it" area at the recycling center! That's just sleazy! People donated that stuff for those that need it, and it's supposed to be free. You shouldn't be stocking your shelves with that. If people wanted to donate it to you, they would have dropped it off at your door, not the recycling center. Stop stealing that stuff!

I enjoy shopping here and looking at everything. However, recently I’ve been noticing steep prices for things that should be much cheaper. On a few occasions it’s been actually cheaper getting it brand new. Staff are lovely people though.

Just bought a DVD player there for my boys... brought it back to the hotel room and it wouldn't play any dvds. Brought it back to the store and they said they could not take it back. The nice girl then suggested to donate it back so they could scam someone else with they the same broken machine. Then we also bought a brand new deck of cards fully wrapped. Brought it back home to find out the cards were all blank. Lol Just wow!
If I could give -5 stars, I would!
