Such a great place. Awesome staff and selection both upstairs and downstairs! Great selection of ice cream, super kind staff and great customer service. Definetly reccomend if youre coming through Deep River!

Came off the highway from north bay. Saw the ice cream sign🙃- no washrooms, no apology. Left. Very inhospitable.

This is a must stop if you are passing by Deep River. I've been stopping here for 4 years and always get the kindest service. They have all your fishing needs. All your hunting needs. All your outdoor fun in the sun stuff. Oh ya.......and the world's greatest icecream.

This used to be a great spot, sad to see it's gone so far downhill. Staff were rude and selection was very poor. Recommend skipping this place if you're heading along Highway 17.

I'm not sure this place is correctly classified as a "General store". While the downstairs has some groceries (slim pickings) there is not a lot of selection for other necessities. Neither is it a great place for souvenirs.

That said, if you're looking to kill a lot of wildlife, the upstairs has a large selection of guns, bows, fishing gear, knives, and so on. As well as apparal with logos for all of the above. If imagine you'd be happy with the selection of this was your idea of fun or "sport".

It's always a great place to stop at. Great local honey and maple syrup. All your supplies for smoking and curing meats in one stop

Awesome spot in Deep River. Great little corner store with most essentials as well as a wonderful consignment store upstairs. Also on the second floor is a fabulous outdoors store run by a very knowledgeable couple equipped for all your outdoor needs.

When my father and I stopped to get some refreshments after a long day of fishing, I didn't expect to find such a quaint general store with such great ice cream and a good selection of antiques. Deep River's gem for sure!
