I usually have multiple shipments a week that I need to pickup for work. The staff are super attentive and always have my packages sorted and waiting for me.... and i'm in and out for my pickups in no time.
I have had bad experiences at other outlets, but I will definitely keep dealing with these guys, as they do a great job.

Keep up the good work... couldn't be happier.

I love the UPS Store! The staff are super friendly and always ready to help, even with small stuff like printing a couple of pages. They make my Amazon returns easy by handling the taping and mailing. It's my favorite spot for all my mailing and photocopying needs. The guys there are awesome!

Great location, kind of hidden. I posted some videos to help make it easier to find.

The staff are friendly and quick. If you need to return parcels with pre paid labels, you can just drop off, no need to wait in line. There were only a couple of people ahead of me, so not a long wait. I would recommend this place.

Idiots tried to charge me for less than 10cm tape especially as business account holder. Attitude and arrogance is through the roof. There are better UPS stores in area just avoid this one at all costs.

The fastest and highest quality service in the whole lower mainland. Expert designers, but try to come in with your own designs first! Rabjot S led a flawless customer experience for me. Couldn't recommend more!!! 2 big posters same day

One star ⭐ to the UPS delivery service in the City of New Westminster.
For multiple times, UPS package is not delivered to my home address and shipped to this store without even making any attempt to deliver.
