my friend goes to this school, apparently the lack of misinformation in grade 9 math is confusing the fact that he told me they don't tell classes how to describe math problems. they just let them do it themselves. what he says is really bad and the way they give instructions is also bad. the fact that it is difficult and many students fail. I go here and its very clean and nice in general. The teachers are nice too! Also, all the activities they host make school so much better like the recent Halloween door decorating contest! There's also a lot of clubs that are open or will open like drama, music and others! The open campus at lunch is nice too.

My daughter is in the STEM program and loves going to school at Thelma Chalifoux. She looks forward to going and enjoys her classes. She did have issues with PE, particularly with exclusion by some boys, but this kind of thing happens in any school where there are young teenagers.

Thelma Chalifoux is a great school in my opinion. In my two years of going here, I haven’t had any bad experiences here. If you’re having trouble in a subject, the teachers never ignore you and will always give you the extra help you need. TCS Teachers also go the extra mile by building relationships with students, allowing students to feel safe and secure at this school. The variety of different clubs, sports, and options at this school is crazy. They make sure everyone gets what they want. The campus is great as well, they allow you to go off campus and the location of this school is placed in an amazing place with many places to get food if you don’t have a lunch. The school is about the size of a small high school, with two levels and a gym. Overall, my experience at TCS has been a great one.

I've gone to the worst rated school in Edmonton before. And I have to say, this school is WORSE. The office tried to set me up in counselling, I never got a single appointment. The teachers can't teach, the gym teachers are absolutely oblivious to a student CRYING and having a full on MENTAL BREAKDOWN. I was full on in tears and I couldn't speak and yet they STILL made me play. Even when I participated I ended up with a 30% in gym. Not to mention, the teachers don't go in depth for anything. It's like they expect us to teach ourselves. The students there are terrible people as well. There was a girl who made a account slandering people from the school. She was one of my friends. Then, one day she dropped me and started relentlessly bullying me with her group and they even harrassed me and forced me to talk to them off campus. By far the WORST school to enroll your kids in. Do NOT let them go here.
