As a new member to the area my family and I are very shocked at the bad reviews! The staff in the ER are some of the best we've come across!
My fiancé went in with a badly broken wrist. They took excellent care of her. Not one bad thing to say.

If I could give the emergency department 0 stars I would. My Grandfather was in the hospital 7 times because he was having pain and the only thing they did was up his pain medication and sent him home every time. My mom was even begging for them admit him to help with his pain but instead they sent him home. On November 16 my grandfather was sent to the hospital as he was coughing up blood and the one nurse just threw the gown at him from the door and was absolutely rude, my mom and grandpa had Dr,J and he told my mom unless he is coughing up a couple tablespoons of blood it wasn't worth the time and sent my grandfather home. My Grandfather was sent to hospital again on November 17th as he was puking up blood and the only reason why he was admitted was because of a staff member who said they would not take him back to the Chatue until he was better, my grandfather was transferred to the red deer hospital where he was treated very well but unfortunately we found out that he had kidney failure, he was transferred back to the Three Hills hospital where he passed away peacefully.

The only people that care about the patients are the nurse's, I brought all three of my kids in for high temperatures that wouldn't go down, i took my son in one night he had hight heart rate and fast breathing the doctor barely looked at my 22 month old gave him some meds to open up his lungs and sent him home saying that he has upper respiratory virus didn't test him for RSV even though he had signs of it. My husband took my oldest in he barley looked at her gave her antibiotics even though she didnt have an ear infection didn't test her for RSV and she had signs of it. I took my middle child in the hospital the doctor looked at him asked me what I think he has I shouldn't have to answer that as the doctor has the education not me I said RSV is going around at the school and then he proceeded to educate me about it, didn't test my son for RSV and sent us home. I will not be coming back or bringing my kids to the hospital until things change and the doctors are not in a rush to get us out the door as quick as possible and they actually care about the people they are treating.

My mom went to there last night and got told by the doctor she was not worth his time she was in alot of pain and was rocking back and forth bagging for the pain to end and got told not worth his time now she does not have covid she has a rare pain problem but that's still not right to tell someone she's not worth your time when they need help ?
