If I could give this business zero stars i would!
When we went in to register our son for a class, the gal behind the desk was exceptionally rude and unprofessional when we were asking questions and trying to get more info. Also ignorantly interrupted us when we were discussing payment reminders between ourselves.
Sent the owner an email letting her know that we were very frustrated with how rudely we were treated and her very unprofessional behavior-turns out the lady behind the desk IS the OWNER. She then turned around and instead of addressing her behavior and being accountable for it-she kicked our son out of the class!!! Absolutely DISGUSTING that the owner of a business would break a young boy's heart of going there because she was confronted about her attitude and tone with people!

My daughter joined Thunder Country in their Rec program a number of years ago and loved it. Last year she joined the competitive program and has enjoyed every minute of that experience with the team. The coaches are amazing, the team is like a family and every week my daughter can't wait to get there for training. A wonderful place to be.

Our daughter has had an amazing first year with Thunder Country! The quality of coaching is excellent even in the recreation program. Everyone was welcoming and genuinely interested in helping our daughter learn and do her best. Last year we had her with a different gymnastics rec program in town and we wish we had gone to Thunder Country first!

Amazing facility! Knowledgable and competent staff! Unsigned my 2 girls up for the week long summer camp and was thoroughly impressed with what they learned in a short amount of time! So much so, that I enrolled them in regular weekly classes and they are looking forward to it! Thank you!

The owner of the building is nasty and mistreated us, they took our son off the registry list because we told her we didn’t like her tone. Do not recommend

A great trampoline centre. It is fun watching my daughter working with Olympic athletes. The fees are reasonable, the quality of the coaching is very good. The bleachers aren't very comfortable, but that isn't really a big deal.

This is Olympic level coaching in Red Deer! We have had children at Thunder Country for 10 years and we've always been proud of the coaching level, attention to detail and pursuit of excellence. If you're looking for recreational or competitive trampolining, you can't go wrong!

Absolutely rude when I inquired about booking a birthday party. I was thinking of registering my child in gymnastics in the new year; however, they have lost a customer now.
