The service at this establishment is notably slow, and the staff appear disinterested in their work. The floor is littered with debris and could use some care. Surprisingly, the restroom appeared unclean, despite it being early in the day. While the food and drinks were satisfactory, it is evident that this location requires significant improvements. I will try again next time and update my review.

Usually this Tim Hortons is great I never had an issue since my last visit through the drive thru. As I was ordering my drink I changed my mind still at the speaker and cancelled the drink and the girl replied “but I’ve already made it,” I legit was like okay but I don’t want it I haven’t even finished ordering if you already made it in the 1 minute I decided to change my drink what am I supposed to do. I’ve worked fast food myself and the customer is always right but the employees at fast food restaurants don’t seem to understand that.

Tim Horton is always my go to place. First visit to this store on my way to Ladner. The place is spacious and with sitting place outside. I got iced coffee and everything bagel with cream cheese. Service is fast, staffs are nice.

This Tim Hortons is so slow in the morning, that can barely get my order right and the one time I order food they make it wrong. The staff need better training in efficiency and there needs to more staff working the front in the morning. If I had a choice to go to a different location I would.

good food nice staff just two things to be aware of their decaf coffee is instant, though it is also one of the better tasting instant decafs I've had and bring your own disinfecting wipes to wipe the tables. they are either short staffed or forget to clear and clean the tables. 15 tables with 50 seats we walked in 4 tables occupied but every table was dirty. We were in there for 75 minutes and no one came to clear/clean tables and there were several 5 minute periods where no one was waiting at the counter for service. Tim Hortons has places to put your garbage and dishes when your finished clear your table when you are done your maid is probably not with you !

I recently came here and well they literally have nothing available
I formerly wanted a hazelnut brew and they didn’t serve that
Thats okay right
But then i asked for slowly cooked chicken wrap and then they only had two
I mean your store is located in a much crowded establishment atleast have the proper resources. People get exhausted and then expect a good meal which we pay for!! Whats the fun if there’s nothing available at all.
