Just did this course tonight with Tyler as my instructor. He was pretty funny, but he also knew what he was talking about. You can tell he cares about the people he is training in his classes. He doesn't just teach it because it's his job; he does it because he wants people to be safe. I recommend this course to anyone looking to get a certificate for Working at Heights.

The course was straight to the point and well planned and delivered to the participants. I found that my instructor, Chris Haus was very informative, and allowed a great amount of discussion throughout the course. I would happily retake this course as a refresher and would happily suggest this course to new employee who has a choice of training.

I have just completed the Sprat level 1 course with Total Rescue and It was an amazing course with a talented level 3 instructutor (Clayton). Not only did they show us a variety of usful techniques but filled us in on what kind of jobs there are out there. Definitely recommending this course to anyone and everyone who loves the vertical world.

Took Working at Heights training with Chris Haus from Total Rescue Very impressed with his knowledge and patience to make sure everyone understood the information. Chris took the time to stay afterwards and answer some very complex situation questions I had. Was very impressed with his answer regarding a question on using a piece of industrial equipment that I have been arguing the industries given answer for the last 20+ yrs. I had never liked the given answer and the answer Chris has for that scenario is so different and much safer in my opinion because it actually makes sense. I've heard the same arguments from so many people in my career but have up until now always heard the same industry answer that so many people have thought to be so wrong.
