I’m writing another review because I have so much anger towards this school to the point where words will never be able to describe my anger. I heard from friends who still attend this “school” that the tiny boys change room was turned into a classroom because of the seismic upgrade. What kind of school doesn’t have enough room for students To the point where they have to convert an already small change room into a classroom? I’ve tried to forget about the things that I had to deal with during my time in this place but I can’t, I can still hear the teachers screaming in my ears. My mental health got so bad that there was a time when my mother started crying and begged me to get up and go to school, because I couldn’t even get up out of bed. Another time the school was hosting a sleep away camp to “ promote student bonding”. Aside the fact that it was literally held at the end of the year I signed the paper stating that I wouldn’t go, I had to already deal with screaming teachers for 6 hr school days, I didn’t need to deal with them 24/7 for two whole days. My home room teacher called my mother multiple times and was persistent on making me go, thankfully my mother didn’t budge and I didn’t have to go. It wasn’t till I switched to public school that I realized what’s going on inside this “ school” is seriously not okay. The teachers are always saying how “ public school is failing your kids !” But aren’t they the ones giving mounds of homework without even going over the material? I’m in public school now and I’m happier than I ever was in “ traditional learning academy “ I’m seeing all these reviews from parents saying my kids love it here! Teachers are so nice! But I wonder if they really know what goes on behind their backs. This place should not have the honor of being called a “school”
