They got me walking without a cane and strengthened muscles that were non dominant after my dominant ones had been eaten away after Lyme disease.
It’s the Best!! Everyone is awesome and Tara my instructor knows exactly how to help my body as well as the other two in my class. All instructors are fantastic as well as those at the desk! Thank you all!

I have been taking Pilates classes from Niloo for several months. She is excellent and every class is different and challenging. Niloo has a really good understanding of the human body and how it functions. She very easily and willingly adapts exercises for the class members’ injuries and physical restrictions.
In addition, Trimetrics front staff are always very courteous and willing to assist. The facility is ultra clean and bright. I highly recommend.

Very helpful professional patient and kind front desk help and compassionate at Trimetrics. Everyone went the extra mile to help me feel comfortable and empowered about my recovery journey. I experienced wise counsel and guidance for my personal journey and my emotions felt safe and physically felt very safe which says alot when recovering from MVA while having to navigate Insurance claim and deal with invasive procedures in an impersonal machine of a health care system. There facility was always very clean and bright for all my visits in clinic. I witnessed the front desk dealing with someone having a bad day and handled them with kindness and professionalism!
Physiotherapist I worked with Gabriel Sarta; very caring and knowledgeable as well as trauma informed. Thank you for caring about my wellness!
