I had a wonderful experience there today. I’ll be truthful and tell you I called Speedy first. My bug deflector came loose on one end and it flew up and needed to be fixed or taped. My first call was met with oh that can’t be fixed but come in. I didn’t like the tone or attitude so I googled again and Paul’s came up. The lady said sure come in one of the guys will look at it for you. We got there and was greeted by I’ll say the guy who lives in Dundee because I didn’t get his name. What an awesome guy. He asked do you want it taped down or fixed . If fixed it’ll be 15 or 20 mins. I said yes fix it. He did an amazing job at a more than reasonable price. I highly recommend Paul’s. It was a great experience. Thanks

Uniglass replaced my windshield after it became cracked.
They were quick to order the windshield, schedule an appointment, and get it installed. They dealt with all the insurance paperwork on my behalf.
Very pleased with the end result. Recommend going to them for a windshield replacement or repair.

On Tuesday afternoon (2025-05-27), while driving westbound on Highway 104, I met a gravel truck going the other way. Bang! A piece of gravel hit my windshield, which started feathering upon impact.

I had previously used another Auto Glass company in Port Hawkesbury over the years for rock chip repairs, but replacing a windshield is a major undertaking, so I consulted a very reputable collision repair shop in Port Hawkesbury, where I had excellent work done a year ago. They recommended UniglassPlus.

I took my car in the next day (2025-05-28) to have UniglassPlus assess the damage and provide a repair estimate, which was much lower than I expected.

I was expecting to wait weeks for a new windshield. They gave me an appointment for Friday (2025-05-30), in two days. I was astonished.

As I write this review, I am just back from picking up my 2014 Toyota Avalon Limited from UniglassPlus.

When I took the car in for my 12:30 appointment, Carrie, the receptionist, offered me a drive back home to Port Hastings, since she had to go in that direction, even though I lived further away. I had been planning on taking taxis to and from.

Speaking of Carrie, she is very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She handled all of the insurance paper work for me, and answered all of my questions. Kudos, and thanks, Carrie. You are a real asset to UniglassPlus.

When I picked the car up later in the afternoon, I inspected the windshield replacement job. It was perfect. My car had even been detailed inside!

They have an available warranty (automatic, if insurance is involved) for free repairs of any future rock chips to the new windshield they installed.

Henceforth, I will go nowhere else for my auto and other glass repairs. The team members are pros. I would give UniglassPlus - Port Hawkesbury six stars if I could. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Had the passenger side window blow out of a 2024 Western Star
A window was ordered through Western Star but was a week ago
The guys at Unigkass said by all means bring it by and we’ll see what we can do
Heavy Film was laid over the window and taped on place. I can see through it!!

Very helpful and the best price in town. I really felt they went above and beyond! All of their services are warrantied, and they make it easy to go through insurance. Their space inside is actually a nice place to stay and wait with free snacks and beverages and coffee.
