A big shout out to the entire service department for looking after us by repairing our 2008 Cat. The service manager Lee and his team went above and beyond to ensure our machine was working like it should be. It took a while to get the skid steer back due to supply chain issues which we understood. They still gave us a discount because of that and delivered our machine to us for free.
We highly recommend United Rentals Service department because it was important to them to do a good job and they treated us with the utmost professionalism.

This is a very personalable company and I have found them very helpful with starting our projects . As a wildlife control service we come into many different scenarios from day to day and when we need to access difficult areas to prevent problem and nuisance wildlife fro. A given area of concern... United rental is their to assist us with our proposed project . Their experience and expertise with their equipment is instrumental to the success of our prevention projects.

So I had a worker today lock a key in a skidsteer so I called united got this dude Ray... we had a good back and forth about 10 calls he ended up driving the keys out to site for me rather than make me pay a courier! Dudes a legend! Give the man a promotion a raise and a company truck!

The team in Sherwood Park and St Albert are top notch, they are prompt, courteous, and the price was reasonable, I rented a wharehouse forklift for moving needs, from the initial call to the manager to the deliver driver, these guys are awesome, will not hesitate to rent again.
