I just recently finished my level 2 with Valley First Aid and I can honestly say after 30 years of having instructors Heather was right at the top. She treated everyone equally and was very thorough. She made time for all questions even my ridiculous ones. She made sure that all participants knew their knowledge of it and assisted with it. It is a very professional and respectful environment to be in. When an individual can learn something new after 30 years…….it’s great!!!! Thank you Heather and to all of the wonderful people there.

Have taken my OFA3 twice and EMR here.
Tina at the front desk is absolutely amazing, answering any questions you may have so quickly and goes absolutely above and beyond for all students.
Out of words for Joe, the best teacher I’ve ever had. Every answer to even what if questions will be answered, even down to equipment they use at each specific EMALB licensing centre. Goes absolutely above and beyond for his students, staying late for you months after class ended to run through scenarios and prepare you for licensing free of cost.
This is the best school in town, i could not recommend it more! Beyond a 5 star review.

This was my first Level 3 First Aid course. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and kept the class moving at a brisk pace. I appreciated the straight forward no nonsense approach. The instructor gave excellent feedback, with great exercises given at a good speed and were very well communicated. The instructor made everyone feel very comfortable, and able to contribute. I will definitely recommend this training to others. I also plan to attend Valley First Aid again in the future for re-certification. This is not an easy course however it was an excellent experience.

Well run with qualified professional instructors. I just completed my level 2 OFA with Heather as our instructor. I have taken OFA before for Level3 and 1 with other instructors at other schools. I have to say that this was the best class I’ve had! Clear, direct with related experience! I highly recommend booking your first aid class with her!

I have attended several courses through Valley First Aid. I find them to be firm but fair, and as far as I’m concerned, the staff provides the best environment for learning and teach you the skills necessary to be successful in providing first aid. At all levels.

I’ve done my occupational first aid level three here four times and I just keep coming back. Joe is very knowledgeable and gives you tips and tricks the books don’t. I’ve had different instructors and all of them have been great! Highly recommend coming here for all your first aid needs

Received my first aid certificate here. My instructor was very friendly and helpful. She seemed very good at changing her instruction to suit who she was teaching. Was very nice to see a quality teacher that knew her stuff. This was my first time getting a first aid certificate so I really benefited from the quality instructions.

Had Betty instructing Level 2 and she was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and knows how to keep you engaged. Betty taught us at the right speed and I learned a lot! Will definitely come back!
