Pour mes québécois dans les commentaires, voici mon expérience:

n'y aller pas non préparé c'est vraiment différents que notre service de SQDC au québec.

Premièrement la barrière de langue est à prendre en compte. Ce n'est pas tous les gens qui travail dans cet établissement qui sont à l'aise avec les accents de langage. Pourtant mon père est anglophone et j'ai eu de la difficulté à me faire comprendre dans mes besoins ! Je consomme du CBD et ils m'ont vendu assez de THC pour que je sois high jusqu'a mon retour au quebec 🤪

C'était pas ce que je voulais et le management ne vont pas offrir d'échange ou de remboursement. SEULEMENT des défauts de fabrication 😒 Donc préparer vous à vous faire vendre des trucs que vous voulez pas et de devoir partager votre stock.

La fille manager ne voulait rien savoir de nous échanger pour le bon produit. ALLO LA PROTECTION DU CONSOMMATEUR 🤨🤨 Bref aller y préparer en exprimant bien ce que vous voulez avec des photos de ce que vous aimez etc

They’re ok, but do NOT order for pickup online. Every single time I order online I go in they say “what order?” Just look for what you’re buying online and go in. Not worth the annoyed feeling of just getting a text that it’s ready and they have no idea what you’re talking about. 🤷‍♀️

The store manager treats the other staff members very poorly, she is very condescending towards the staff. I was in the other day and she was hovering over her staff and making snarky remarks. There needs to be change,

The other staff I’ve dealt with have been more than amazing and super friendly. Molly and Rory have been especially friendly and super helpful whenever I see them

Amazing thank you! Had a very pleasant experience here. Came to Canmore from the UK for 10 days and HAD to try purchasing some dispensary cannabis. Carley (I'm sorry if I spelt that wrong!!) was incredibly helpful with my purchases, I went for the Electric Honeydew from San Rafael which was perfect; it was a very pleasant smoke and very more-ish on the taste buds!! I got a vape aswel which was very interesting being my first time ever vaping cannabis. 😂 Will definitely make another appearance when I eventually get back to Canmore!

The staff is friendly and helpful. Got the right product for the right price. Good location, lots of parking, easy to find the place. Must be 18+ years with valid physical ID to enter an Alberta cannabis store.

Recently purchased some cannabis from this store. The grower was The Green Organic Dutchman -old smoke. Shame on you. You should have better quality control. I had high expectation,I am a grower out of territory. Called the store and they said cooperate will not let us exchange or compensate.

Great experience at the store, the staff are friendly and super helpful. They let you know what deals are on and always offer plenty of suggestion based on what you're looking for. Always been a good experience when I've gone in and had great time with Crystal, Margo, Karlee and Joe.
