Verity is truly an exceptional studio. I am incredibly grateful to have discovered it. The opportunity to explore various movement classes has been an absolute delight. From Pilates to Power Yoga, and even a HIIT Pilates class for those seeking an extra boost of cardio, Verity offers a diverse range of options.

Moreover, their Gentle, Yin, and Pulse Yoga classes have been nothing short of remarkable. What sets Verity apart is its commitment to catering to individuals of all activity levels by providing different styles of movement classes.

The community and instructors at Verity are simply amazing. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and ensures that you feel included and supported.

I have been going for 3 weeks now. Love this studio. Its clean and such a great positive environment. The small class sizes make you feel super comfortable. The instructors are all fabulous and the workouts are definitely a good challenge.

All the instructors truly care about each person in their classes and approach every class with positivity, warmth and I always leaving feeling amazing.

The class selection is fantastic and great for beginners to advanced for Pilates and yoga.
