Had a knee replacement on July 21 and stayed one night and the service I received was amazing! The nurses checking me in and prepping me for surgery. Dr Secretan did my surgery and did an outstanding job. The nurses in recovery and nurses on the 3rd floor were amazing. Rehab came around and got me up and had me going home within 24 hours! All the staff made my stay most enjoyable! Thanks so very much!

I had to go to Vernon Jubilee hospital on Monday, June 16 for emergency surgery. The staff in the Emergency Dept, the Porters, X-ray tech, Ambulatory care, and the doctor in emergency that night as well as my surgeon Dr. Parker were all amazing. It was not a fun 16 hours for me but the staff and facilities were a great comfort in that time. The system works, even if it’s not perfect. Thanks to all the staff that do their jobs like true pros. Thank you so much.

Depending on the department and Doctor you are seeing will depict your experience at this facility. Dr. Bester is who I had to see i was in and out in 30 min. It's a pitty I still had 30 min left in parking and could no payout forward to a person in need. But that is what happens when big corporations get involved.

Vernon Jubilee hospital 🏥 has been a great experience for me, The nurses are exceptional and they always go above and beyond your requirements and listen to your needs. I came in through the emergency room for mental health reasons and was put in as an inpatient and I've been here almost 3 months here now . I have posted pictures outside of the hospital from the emergency room/ south entrance and across the street from the main doors You can locate the Polson care home facility as well as inside maps for levels. I hope the photos help! Definitely a great place to go without judgement from workers and there is a bus stop right in front of Polson towers (bus#6) that'll take you downtown. There's also plenty of parking for you to choose from. There are also two cafes and a gift shop that is inside the main building that are full of nice little goodies. Enjoy!

Been here twice in the last few months for different scans.
The first time I found the imaging dept ladies to be rude with zero compassion and very unfriendly. I was very nervous and in pain with very limited mobility and they did nothing to ease my anxiety and actually made it worse.

Another huge negative was radiologist Laurent Gagne-Brosseau—I found him to be very arrogant and he spent his time questioning the many doctor’s and specialist’s findings I’ve seen over the years and made me feel small and unheard. Was shocked to Google him and see he has won an excellence award—nothing excellent about my experience!

The second time months later was a totally different experience—the ladies working in the imaging dept were very friendly, helpful and made me feel comfortable and at ease. A young man also helped and he was great.

This hospital is VERY difficult to navigate—its a total maze. If you have mobility issues, bring a family member or friend to help you get around!

5 stars and a thank-you for Dr Concannon and his team in the ER. They were very thorough and took great care of my hubby. The nurse, Stefan, was very attentive, kind and knowledgeable... by far, this was the best ER experience we've had.

Just some of the nicest people. I'm not sure what all the fuss is about, everyone was polite and courteous, I even got a sticker! (Special thanks to Lisa at reception in the emergency room, for being so much more fun than I expected!)

In and out in less than 2h. Can't ask for more from an overworked system.
