I went at opening on Friday. People were sitting inside and they saw me but did not unlock the door until 9:05 a.m. . I went inside and describe the nature of my visit but none of the coordinators were yet on duty. I had made two phone calls prior to this one on Wednesday and one Thursday, having left messages both times with someone named Val. Neither message was acknowledged or returned. I obtained Val's business card and called her around 11:30 a.m. to describe the nature of my question and ask for an appointment. I was met with much opposition and negativity but was granted an appointment for this coming Friday.

Thoroughly excellent organization. Vital link for those who have difficulty in making their voice heard. The Center provided me with the help I needed to work through the government bureaucracy surrounding the application of forms required to claim for the PWD = persons with disabilities benefits.
