I don’t usually leave reviews and I’m not being paid to say this, I’m just so thankful to have found a gem tucked away in New West. I’ve been sugaring (hair removal) consistently for about 8 years and I’ve been everywhere (all the hair removal places in Vancouver and beyond). I can confidently say Rachel is one of the best. She is extremely professional, thorough, and skilled. Her treatment room is spotlessly clean. Her technique makes for a more comfortable experience and you leave feeling smooth and hair free. Her rates are also totally reasonable. I go 5-weeks between appointments and haven’t picked up a razor in years. My skin is sensitive and I’ve been burned by waxing in the past. Or I would turn bright red. Sugaring is the answer and it’s worth going out of your way to book with Rachel.

I have been going here for over 2 years now! Rachel is an expert in her field and I wish more people knew about her place.

I mainly go for sugaring but I recently had the privilege to experience a custom facial with her. She is very thorough and goes over what to expect, our personal goals with our skin, and tips on how to maintain or improve it at home. It was an informative process and she answered any questions I had throughout it. I felt refreshed and my skin was glowing after the treatment.

She also recommends top quality products that are specific to our skin's needs, but she never pushes sales. As a professional, it is her job to educate clients on how to best reach their goals. She is straightforward and considerate in the way she treats her clients and always makes sure we feel safe and comfortable.

I highly recommend Vita Felice to everyone. Rachel is truly the best!

Edit: I have scheduled the appointment under my name. It was booked for a custom facial.

I booked a 60-minute facial for $120 CAD, expecting a relaxing and refreshing experience after work. Instead, I was charged $195 CAD due to unexpected "add-ons" that should have been included in the facial itself.I was never informed of any “upgrades”.

When I arrived, I appreciated the thorough medical questionnaire, as it showed concern for potential side effects. However, the consultation quickly turned into a 45-minute sales pitch, where the esthetician repeatedly tried to convince me to buy various products. While I initially trusted her expertise, it became clear that the focus was more on selling than on providing a quality service.

The actual facial lasted only a few minutes, during which she applied a few products—many of which she upcharged on the spot. There was no steaming, no massage, and nothing that made it feel like a premium service. Throughout the treatment, she would casually mention, "I’m going to apply this, but it will be an extra $15—okay?" putting me in an uncomfortable position to agree.

For the price I paid, I expected a professional and relaxing experience, but instead, it felt rushed, overpriced, and more like a sales session than a spa treatment. Clients deserve full transparency about pricing before the service begins, not unexpected charges mid-treatment.

After this experience, I’m also strongly questioning the authenticity of the business’s Google reviews. The only review that truly reflects my experience is the single 1-star review, which makes me wonder if other negative reviews have been removed or filtered.

Unfortunately, this visit left a very negative impression, and I would not return or recommend this business. Don’t trust google reviews for any spas, salons or beauty services. Word of mouth is the best way to go.

Hands down!! Best skin care specialist I have come across. Rachel did a fantastic job in restoring my skin s glow through just few sessions of chemical peeling prior to my wedding. She went extra mile to suggest me all the skin care products to maintain my skin during that time. Highly recommend her all the facial and sugaring offerings!! Best in the town
