I was in desperate need of some support as I had pulled a muscle in my back doing RDLs. I booked in a massage with Enzo and I walked out pain free. I have actually never had such a positive experience with any kind of physical practitioner (eg chiro, physio, RMT). It wasn’t necessarily a traditional relaxing massage - instead it was very targeted, with long pressure holds in just the right places. I will definitely be back. Thanks Enzo!

I had a great treatment with Allister today. If you are looking for an experienced RMT don't look any further! Allister provides deep targeted massage and fascia release and his work is very effective. Recommend 100%!!

I went for OT support and received warm yet professional service. Alison saw my hip was out and referred me to Taiana for Pilates and Dr Eric for chiropractics. I have had my Pilates and enjoyed it thoroughly,Taiana was thoughtful,respectful and constantly checked in with my level of pain . I haven’t seen Dr Eric yet .
