I went in for a lash lift/tint and everyone was really nice, however I left unhappy with my lashes. I am very new to doing anything like this, so I was unsure of what to expect. No one explained to me how it works, I wasn't asked how much of a lift I wanted, and I wasn't given any kind of aftercare instructions. After it was done, I expressed that I was hoping for a more dramatic difference and I was told that they don't know how dramatic it is until they do it and then the next time they can make it more dramatic. It doesn't really look like anything about my lashes has changed, but I paid and left. Everyone was nice but I'm not sure if I could bring myself to go back or even have my lashes done again at all

EDIT: I was contacted by the owner and she was able to work with me and was able to fix my lashes! They looked exactly like what I had in mind when I initially went in for them. Thank you so much!!!

I was in town for a wedding and this was a last minute decision to have my lashes extended and i was able to book an appointment same day...Christina was amazing, so kind and since it was my first time i went for some single extensions. She did a great job i love the result. She gave me recommendations for next time based on her evaluation of my lashes. I'm thrilled with the result and experience ! Thank you Christina!

I was quite disappointed with my service. I had a lash lift and tint, and an eyebrow wax and tint. My technician missed some of my lashes for tinting and lifting. She also didn't wax my eyebrows very thoroughly, she left many hairs behind and said at the end 'I don't know how you style you're eyebrows, so...' and that was the end of it. Since this is not exactly my area of expertise, I was expecting them to do a better job and to style them for me, because that's what I was there for. I have little ones and have very little time to do these appointments, so I wasn't able to reschedule to have it fixed.

The ladies who work there are very friendly and nice and make sure you feel comfortable. The atmosphere and setting is very pretty. However, one day after getting my lashes they started falling off so I went there the next day to get a fix, which was a Saturday. They started falling off the next day and by the end of the week, this Friday 15th, this is what they look like. I didn’t get them wet, didn’t get any oil on them. I even showered with sunglasses on so they could maintain as dry as possible. I was calling throughout the week but nobody would pick up and it would say the voicemail box is full so I wasn’t able to leave a message. When somebody finally picked up today ( exactly a week after) she proceeded to tell me she can’t give me a refund, that the voicemail was in fact empty (which is false because I called about 4 times in a row and it said it was full every time) and that I could pay to get a refill if I wanted to. I feel unvalued as a customer who spent time and money on this product for them to not do anything about it. I’m sure it’s not an often occurrence but it just sucks because I got these for my vacation and they’re already gone before I’ve even went. Honestly feels like I’ve gotten scammed. I’ve also had to pay if I wanted them removed which is like only 8 fans left. Very disappointing.

A few weeks ago I went for my first lash lift service and it was a great experience. Chelsey was super friendly and gentle, and the result was beautiful! I decided to book back and try some extensions to see if it’s something I’d consider for my wedding.
