My daughter has taken vocal lessons with Volo for several years, first with Kim and then with Emma H. Initially her lessons were in person and then online. We have found the instructors to be patient and encouraging. My daughter is interested in contempory and musical theatre and the instructors were able to tailor the lessons to her needs and ability.

Over her time with Volo, she developed a sense of confidence in public performance and has competed successfully at several talent shows and music festivals. A highlight for her, was performing the anthem at an Edmonton Elks game!

I believe Volo played an essential part in her development as a singer. The lessons have been supportive and enjoyable. A strong emphasis was based on musicality and expression, but also in supporting her as she worked through challenges that all performers encounter. She has grown alot under their guidence. I strongly recommend Volo if you are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate music teacher.

Just joined my piano class. Samuel is the knowledgeable tutor with easy to follow instruction. I'm new to the music and like my class. Time of the lesson is convenient for my work schedule.

My kids (aged 5, 7, and 10) have been taking online piano, voice, and guitar with instructors Celina, Gary, and Jane for this year. I admit, I had my doubts about the online format, but we couldn’t be happier with their progress! Volo Academy of Music has really refined online lessons, making it engaging and effective. The staff are super easy and professional to deal with! The convenience of not having to drive to lessons is a game-changer for our busy schedule!

My daughter is LOVING her Drum lessons, Zach is a fantastic teacher to her. She has been excited every week to go and in my opinion has been improving in her skill set every week (to be fair that's mom perspective not a professional one) Overall though I'm thrilled with the program. The only hiccup we’ve had happened at our first lesson where it wasn’t scheduled correctly through the app, but Kim and Zach handled it immediately and we were able to get the full time at the next lesson. Great program and I’m so glad we registered in it.

My daughter has been taking lessons now for a couple of years. She has done both piano and voice. We have enjoyed the flexibility of doing online lessons with both Joshua and Emma. Both teachers have been very interactive, knowledgeable and engage well with my child. Working and communicating with Kim, the owners, has been very easy.
