We aren’t local but stopped in at Walk the Coast driving through town yesterday. We’d been in before and been so impressed with the store overall. This time didn’t disappoint! We had a friend along with us and she said when we left “That’s the best customer service I think I’ve ever had”. The owner went out of her way to help us find something they didn’t have in stock, so kind, not just a transactional experience. Prices and sales were great and product line fabulous. Thanks Anita! You and your staff are awesome I’ll take the drive up island just to support you again!

This is a hidden gem in our Port Alberni community! The service is exceptional, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the selection of shoe brands is impressive. I especially love that it’s a family-owned business. It truly is the best shoe store in the Alberni Valley!

The store is well laid out and has great sales. I was able to find an amazing corduroy jacket with the really helpful associate. You must check out the fall clothes that are coming in. The Cream line has great styles and they are so pretty on.

Amazing customer service! I recently made a purchase for the first time on their website. I needed some help so I called the store and the staff was so helpful. I ordered on a Saturday afternoon and had my order by Tuesday. I will definitely be stopping by the shop if I ever get over to Port Alberni.
