I've always been addressed by staff professionally and promptly. The only thing Ive noticed, is when we have a power outage, the website states no outage and the phone line is always disengaged. Like now.

My mother has been with WD for 6 years. We have never had a problem until recently when one of the staff members Heather made an arrangement for payment and she wrote down the wrong dates. Heather then sent someone to disconnect 3 days before the payment arrangement date. When speaking with them, she was met with hostility because Heather didn’t want to admit that she messed up. Finally spoke with Ashley the manager and she sorted out the issue after realizing that she inputted the wrong date. My mom is now being harassed and threatened over 150$ bill threatening disconnec the next month! We will be contacting the BBB because ever since there was an issue with the CLERK inputting the wrong date now we are being harassed. This is the most pathetic petty business I’ve ever encountered !

Worst possible service. My family and i went away only to find out they cut the power off. The moron was shoving notices on top of the old notice....clearly we were out of town. Then, with pleasure, the lady tells me that they will not reconnect us until the morning. We just got back from Europe. Awesome. Over $100. They are open until 430. It was 330. They had no problem shutting the power off but will take their time to reconnect. They have no auto payment. They are so archaic I'm not sure why anyone voted for them not to go public.

The place is not too hard to find, and the staffs are nice and helpful. You can pay your hydro bill over here using debt card and credit card.

Despite other reviews that clearly have to do with the customers own ignorance when leaving for vacation and the postal service, Wasaga Distribution offers online access to current hydro usage and easy to access support at the local branch facility. Bills show government rebates and discounts and useful information.

Been with them since 2008 ,never Had problem but there one thing they need to fix the log in . Need to make the log in box bigger .. I tried to log on on my phone. Too small to see it ..
