Shannon was absolutely fantastic! First time visiting this location and an extremely pleasant experience. Walked in to a beautiful, smiling face. Fantastic customer service. Friendly, kind and very helpful. She took the jugs and went to fill them herself and even carry them out for me. I was blown away with the exceptional service from her. Will absolutely be making the drive back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is phenomenal. From Jason at the shop to Greg who did the service call I can’t thank you enough for the service you provided. I’m grateful Greg took the time to explain to my sister the benefits of a service package and the reverse osmosis system and rental vs ownership. I’ve been a contractor for 35 years and this is the level of service I wish every business would provide their customers. Her mind is at ease knowing that you’ll be looking after water filtration system and it’s one less thing I need to worry about for her well being. So very happy I called.

Fantastic company! They take care of everything for us, we don't have to lift a finder. Every few months I get a call and they schedule a time to come by and add salt to my system and make sure everything is working property. Staff is always nice and professional. I highly recommend them.

Always a good experience. Today however was an adventure. As I was loading a jug in my car a hit my head and was bleeding very badly. The staff member was amazing and called the ambulance for help. Very good humour and empathy the entire time. I am banned lol( just joking) but will always come for water. Or send someone haha

We have been going to Water Depot for 5 years. We have a water softener and reverse osmosis from them. Recently, we had an issue with r/o and Water Depot came out to service. We ended up needing a couple of parts, Eric realized we weren’t getting the water pressure we should with our old system (even though parts were replaced). We needed a new system to provide more pressure. Dealing with Dave (installer) and Eric (owner) who I dealt with directly was a pleasure. He is an honest business owner and we will continue to support this location!

What a difference, wow.
Shawn told me we would and he was right. We’ve been on well water with an old softener and simple filter. Always had to drink bottled water. Not any more with our new softener and reverse osmosis tap. Installation was 100%. Very neat and clean install.
Highly recommend this company for any water needs.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I had a new water softener installed today and Dave the installer was very professional. His workmanship was perfect and he left the place immaculate. I highly recommend them.
