The changing and shower facilities are good. Swimming pool is shallow, lane is too short (one lane use for 2-3 classes, and instructors rely on floating devices a lot, kids cannot get rid of the devices after a long period of time . Progress is slow. It's good for beginners to feel comfortable with water, but if you want to learn proper swimming skills with steady progress, better find another swimming school.

大家请避雷這家游泳馆，付款最好不要直接过信用卡，她們不仅乱收費还收的理直氣壯。今天想去还信用卡的如果沒有认真看帐单，還不知道被她們收多了，我家老二老三的課程都是半小時，她們收我家老二1小时的学费而且8月份还收了9月份的学费。而且前台的小姐姐麻烦你讲话要实诚，之前说的话跟今天说的话不一致，因为今天孩子都在，我沒有跟你爭辯，不要把客人当成𤠣子耍。

WD Swimming in Markham offers excellent customer service with friendly and helpful staff who are readily available by phone. I appreciate the weekly progress reports, clean shower facilities with ample hair dryers, and approachable staff. The management proactively addresses growing popularity by improving the parent viewing area. Instructors are personable and connect with children on a first-name basis. Highly recommended!

打电话咨询的时候说可以免费试课，试完课后直接就交钱报名。因为这里的工作人员非常好，我的宝宝是第一次学游泳，他们感受到老师很用心。值得推荐哦。

这家是盐水池比较温和，没有很重的消毒水味道，对宝宝很友好。洗澡是这种隔间的，而且温度也很好。我女儿非常喜欢在这家游泳，天天嚷着去游泳🏊。

WD swim was good but no longer again lately, we have been here for 3 seasons but left very unhappily. They switch my son to 3 different coaches in three lessons, the first time the staff said switch for a more senior coach since he is more experienced to teach him in next year, but then the second lesson switch him to another coach since the male manager said the senior coach need to rest and he couldn’t force him to work . When I request to stay with the same coach his attitude is so rude in high voice with many body gesture saying that why I force him . That is worst I ever encountered with this kind of arrangement and customers service . And that maybe the reason why the good coaches left of the managers. I registered in March and choose particular coach , I come from long way with 1.5 hour drive each time, and they said I cannot help you just refund to you. How irresponsible they are . The male manager mouth is everythings . I am a loyal customers , and I am really disappointed and sad in the way he scold me today

So far so good… my daughter just started and enjoying her lessons. Coaches are different every week and sometime it’s hit or miss with their teaching style. Will see how much progress my daughter makes in the next half year. They have promotions if we sign our kids up for semi or annual (save some $). It’s easy to cancel and reschedule class their APP ! They take cash & cards for payments.

Only complain is class is too short …. They should do 45 mins especially group lessons.
