Bad service. Helen is super rude . They won't answer you any questions until you agree to sign up or register. Trying to ask info about CLB English course. The lady (Helen) on the phone was super rude, not helpful at all. She told us she can't tell me anything about the English course until we agree to register first. All they want to do is make ur register so they can get money from the government. Do not give them your info until you have the answer or info you want.

Horrible front reception service, I don’t want to assume things, but she treated the guests that speak her language with care and time, and told us to leave because I know English and my parents didn’t, stating that I can just translate to them. We speak Mandarin by the way. My parents came here to confirm the mail that they received because it’s a serious matter. Duh, I can explain to them what it means, but I’m not the professional, they are and that’s why we are here. Thank you so much to the kind beautiful lady that helped us afterwards. At least she knows how to treat her customers right.

Desesperated to take one page photocopy of my daugther vaccination record and asked to the front service ladies for help, and got a very negative response. Hard to beleive that an organization can't offer a basic service to the public. Definitevely need to change the tittle of this org. "Not a welcome centre"
Amigo hispano hablante, este centro de supuesta ayuda al inmigrante ofrece un servicio al cliente muy bajo. Pareciera que estuviera disenado a favorecer otras comunidades de Markham, es la 2da vez con mala experiencia en este sitio.

Welcome centre not very welcoming.
Basically you gotta be a Canadian for they to help you out if you any other status of immigration good luck. Also gotta work a bit on communication skills

Friendly staff with Mandarin and Cantonese being the most popular language spoken at this centre. Programs are available for youth, seniors, language, employment and settlement services to all newcomers to Canada.

The receptionist is responsible and conscientious in her work. After a week of waiting and online testing, I will be able to take an Online English class next week.

Markham welcome centre services getting worse. I went to get a resume print-out but the staff in reception don’t have any idea about print and even the person who is handling (Mr. Thomas) he is not in office in business hours. So I cannot get the print and I had to return
