Worst services i had ever jn canada i called them yesterday to confirm my appointment for ecocardiogram they said its confirm today they jist call me an hour before my appointment that we have to cancel your appointment today we reschedule for any other days . When you said that you arrange everything for today appointment than they said can’t do anything. Our doctor is not available today than i ask that you do not know your doctor schedule than they said no our doctor didn’t tell us. How its possible that they don’t know their doctor schedule. If he /she is in clinic today doctor didn’t tell them that he is not here until end of day.I dnt understand their management.

I have had several occasions to visit. Each time I found the staff to be warm, willing to explain procedures.... just all around terrific. I don't know how they do it, but in most cases I'm finishes within ten minutes of the time they say I will be. Kudos and thanks to everyone 👍

My experience has been nothing short of horrendous with this facility. If this is our foray into privatized health care, sign me up for anything but this. As a cardiac patient I am completely at a loss when dealing with them. Incomplete appointment criteria forwarded, as an example - not having blood work requested prior to an appointment with a cardiologist. I noticed the missing request but too late and the appointment was pushed out by months as a result. Meds are running out, some prescriptions get filled (when one asks and asks and asks) others not. No explanation given leaving me to wonder if I should be taking what they prescribed or did they miss some? No proactive outreach to let you know of a answer to a previous request. As a 'patient' we are nothing more than a revenue stream, a number, a dollar sign. Brutal.
