West Coast Combat Sports is not only an amazing place to train and get a fun workout in but also a positive community. When I first started going I had zero experience in martial arts so I was nervous to start, but Coach Matt and Shay are both so encouraging and helpful to everyone who participates at the gym. As a person with a learning disability, I often struggle with learning striking patterns and they always take the time to reexplain certain movements and offer help when I need it. Truly, I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

Very clean, the coaches are amazing, It’s a very welcoming atmosphere, you can be brand new or very experienced, they have many differant classes to accommodate work schedules, they also have kids classes as well to get our kids active. Highly recommend this gym if you’re interested in contact sports or even just looking for a full body workout! While having fun doing it!

The atmosphere In this gym is so positive! You get great advice and Hard workouts! There is so many classes to choose from, There’s afternoon classes and evening classes, it makes it so convenient and easy to get to a class throughout my busy life schedule. The coaches are amazing! no matter what level you’re at, they will help you every step of the way.

An absolutely incredible martial arts and kickboxing gym! I cannot recommend enough for any level of martial arts. From day one I was welcomed into the classes. A beautiful mix of hard conditioning, pad work, bag work, new and awesome combinations.

Matt and Shaylene's knowledge of Mui Thai, boxing, kickboxing is second to none and coming from a background of boxing for 2 years it I found myself learning something new every session which is such a joy. I learnt so many new skills including leg kicks, blocks, and lots of different type of movement from the Mui Thai and kickboxing aspect of the gym which was so rewarding.

Bags and floor space is in great condition. Group runs on Friday which is another bonus. Sparring is also great with a great respect for all fighters.

This place is my second home the instructors Shay and Matt are absolutely great and professional awesome environment for all skills to learn from beginner all the way to hardcore like myself in would recommend it to anyone without hesitation .... if you need to be driven if you need to be inspired if you're looking for an intense workout this is the place westcoastcombatsports
