I had a very good experience with West Coast Family Dental. I got an appointment as a new patient quickly and easily. Paperwork at time of arrival was quick and easy as well and they accommodated me nicely. Staff were considerate, thoughtful and respectful. Valerie and Dr. Lathangue were open and considerate, and very easy and comfortable to talk with about my concerns. Any anxiety I had going in was very much gone after we spoke and I was shown my x-rays. Donna was very pleasant and easily took care of the billing. And it was also more affordable than I expected. Overall I would definitely recommend this office, staff and Dr. Lathangue to anyone. I'm very grateful I had an appointment. Thank you.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The reception staff explained the billing and deductible from the insurer in enough detail and the treatment itself was painless and professionally done. I'm very happy with the work. I would absolutely recommend this practice.

We have had only great experiences here. They make an effort to actually connect with the children and my kids feel very safe and comfortable while having dental work done. They explain the procedures clearly and respectfully answer questions. I would absolutely recomend West Coast Family Dental.

This dental office has the most kind compassionate people ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. Ive been going here for a few years now and they brought me to tears with their kindness. April is such a good and gentle person she just blew me away she was so kind. Non judgemental comforting compassionate professional who took the time to explain everything and provide me with options for myself and my daughter. Just love these people. Thank you so much to everyone especially April for just going above and beyond simply out of kindness and compassion. Im still blown away. Thank you.

Best dental office in Port Alberni. Staff is extremely friendly and happy, very thorough and explain everything they are doing. They even check your blood pressure which I think is amazing. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone, you won't be disappointed!

Dr. Manhas extracted a broken tooth and in fact it was quite pain free. Even when the freezing came òut, I did not need to take any pain killers. My mouth felt back to normal within a couple of days. I would absolutely recommend WCFD and Dr. Minhas.
