This is just a fantastic place to stay. I have stopped here for years. Warm quiet rooms with thermostat controlled heat, super comfy beds, and bedding, mini fridge, microwave earning board hair, dryer, tea, coffee everything you could want. There is also a complementary hot and cold breakfast supplied in the mornings.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The rooms are quite large, bed comfy, big TV, Keurig coffee machine and nice sofa in the room. Everything was clean and quiet. The hot breakfast was a nice touch, juice, coffee, tea, yogurt, toast, muffins and fruit.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the facilities were quite nice—comfortable room, clean, and everything you’d expect from a solid hotel—there was one issue that really stood out for all the wrong reasons.

On the morning of checkout, we received a call from the front desk at exactly 11:05 AM. Now, I’m no stranger to hotels; we travel often and have stayed at plenty of places across the country. But I’ve never experienced a service like this. The staff member who called had the most abrupt and, frankly, rude tone I’ve ever encountered. No greeting, no “hope you had a great stay,” just an immediate, “You need to leave in 10 minutes.” It felt more like being scolded than helped.

I get that checkout is at 11:00 AM, and we weren’t exactly early risers, but a little bit of courtesy goes a long way. A friendly reminder or a polite request would have been much more appropriate. Instead, I felt like I was being rushed out of the hotel like I was in some sort of reality show challenge.

Everything else about the hotel was fine, but unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be back. There are plenty of other places with good service, and frankly, this experience left a bad taste. It’s a shame, because I was really hoping this could be a regular spot for us.

The rooms are a bit tired. The bedding is old and so is the carpet. I didn't want to take my shoes off. The staff and breakfast was lovely!!

From the phone call booking the day before, to checking in, to the guy at the end of the night shift - good service with a smile. Really appreciated it. Clean and quiet room. Had a great night's sleep! Would easily stay here again. David

Spent 4 weeks living at this hotel. We were treated so well by all the staff. We utilized the breakfast room daily for coffee, yogurt, granola bars, and bottled water. We used the laundry on the second floor and found it economical. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff from us in 106

We came in late and the staff were so friendly and it was such an easy check in process. Our room was clean and felt comfortable, has a great sleep! The breakfast in the morning was amazing, awesome selection 👍
