The service was excellent as always. The Steak Dianne was cooked correctly, but I found it to be tough and underseasoned. The potatoes were also underseasoned. The mixed veg were great. I also thought that the Valentine's Day menu ended up being quite expensive.

We had a fabulous meal there a week ago - their summer menu is just wonderful. Service was great - food superior and we are fussy as I used to do gourmet cooking for years. Will be returning again for sure.

Absolutely ridiculous. Sat for at least 30 minutes, with no menu or water. Was not given any until one of us went to the washroom and asked for it on the way back.

Then proceeded to be left alone for 15+ minutes with no servers coming to take the order while tables around us were getting served and taken order despite making eye contacts many times.

Then after the ridiculous time wait, left with no one noticing.

Overall, there are better restaurants in the town.

We live 2 hours away. We were in Calgary and made a reservation online for Saturday June 21st at 7:30 and received a reminder of the reservation through text and email. Unfortunately, when we arrived the whole restaurant was booked for a wedding! I hope your staff remember to block off dates when your venue is booked for other events. We were disappointed but went to Royal Duke hotel and it was fabulous.

I do prefer a 0 star for this place.
No service for whole 20 mins, and I will need to walk out and ask for menu and water. I left in another 10 mins after this, since, the lady who serve my table totally ignored my table after she finish taking order for the table behind me and never come back. When I walk out the door, there is no waiter or waitress in the restaurant.
I will never go there again.

To start, the mini golf is a beautiful location with fantastic different holes and a great experience. With kind, friendly staff in the pro shop!!
On the other hand, it WASN'T a good experience in the restaurant at all. I have never felt more disrespect from a nice establishment as I did today. I specified an allergy, asking for onions to not be on my burger then receiving my burger with onions on it. I then specified again that I can't have a burger with onions as I am allergic, to have it brought right back with the onions only pulled off. Unfortunately I am allergic to the juice in onions and it's now soaked into the lettuce it was pulled off of and I needed to ask for a second time to take it back. (There was other complaints from the table as well)
After this the waitress was rude to us and yelling towards us. She dropped the bill while walking away with a drastically louder tone. At the end I was not prepared to tip, I went to pay with cash and had to ask for my change. I counted out the money and waited while my change was figured out ..... to then leave and have the waitress come to the parking lot and tell me I short changed her..... on and on.
William then came to the parking lot on his golf cart to discuss the waitresses issues with us. Saying we weren't polite to his staff, he insulted us, said she could only find $80 etc .... again rude.
In all I was very DISAPPOINTED with how DISRESPECTFUL and INSULTING the restaurant staff was!!!!!
I have NEVER shorted someone on a bill in my life and I have always tipped. Until today I did not tip and didnt feel bad about that because of how I/ we was treated. I was trying to enjoy a nice Sunday taking my Fiance and Cousin (and his fiance) out for their birthdays, mini golf. When a nice meal turned to a DISGUSTED taste in my mouth. I may have been frustrated but I am not rude, I speak nicely and treat people with respect even when they may not deserve it and I would expect the same in return.
